In-Home Support for At-Risk Youth and Families

The Enhanced Monitoring and Outreach Program (Enhanced Services) is designed to serve at-risk youth and their families involved with Juvenile Court Services. Enhanced Monitoring and Outreach services provide youth and families in-home treatment services that focus on enhancing relationships, building community supports, gaining healthy communication patterns, assisting families in learning de-escalating strategies to utilize in times of crisis, providing support to youth and their families, and working with youth and families to decrease the need for more intense services.

Eligibility 
Requirements

Youth referred to the Tracking and Monitoring Program must be involved with Juvenile Court Services and referred to the program by their Juvenile Court Officer and is at no cost to the family.
